What We Do

PPMI has spent the last 25+ years specializing in the management of Affordable Housing subsidized through the Section 42 Tax Credit. Our portfolio consists of family and senior housing in both affordable and conventional properties. Our team continues to educate themselves on the everchanging landscape of Section 42 Affordable Housing through a variety of continuing education classes. Due to this they are beyond proficient in handling all administrative, accounting and compliance needs through state and local agencies where projects are currently managed. This is a niche industry in which projects require knowledge of necessary requests from limited partners to financing agencies to state housing authorities.  We have developed a strong reputation within the industry due to our continued focus on generating optimum value for property owners, providing quality service to our residents, and enriching our property communities.

Affordable Senior Living (Independent)

The majority of our senior housing communities are designed for seniors who have a low-moderate income and want to live independent lifestyles. Our goal is to provide a safe and stable environment where residents can feel at home and enjoy countless amenities.  Our senior apartments, restricted to those 55 and older, offer maintenance-free living and comfortable floor plans with the added benefits of value and convenience. Nicely appointed common areas are well-suited for group events and casual gatherings. Social, recreational, and volunteer opportunities help create a tight sense of community.

Affordable Family Housing

Our family housing is managed within a variety of diverse neighborhoods. Units are geared for singles as well as families of nearly any size. We take tremendous pride in managing beautiful communities that enable families with low to moderate incomes to live in high-quality housing. In these communities, outdoor common spaces ranging from playgrounds to community gardens allows the residents to enjoy homes both inside and out!

Conventional Housing

These communities are not tied to any sort of income cap as they would within our Affordable Housing portfolio. They range in bedroom size from 1 to 3 and in some cases, provide extensive amenities on-site.  This would include Tide Dry Cleaners, Fitness Center w/ spin studio, golf simulators and much more!
